Erin Caruso, Director of Women’s Ministry

Erin calls Texas home, after growing up in Southern California. At a young age she was saved through the ministry of Billy Graham, but it wasn't until her sixth grade year that the Lord heavily impressed on her the need to be a disciple of Christ. A deep desire was placed in her heart to see the lost saved and unreached people groups given the opportunity to hear the truth of the gospel. To further her understanding of the Bible, Erin attended Word of Life Bible Institute in New York, allowing her to glean wisdom from her professors and her own deep study of God's Word. After attending WOLBI, she moved to Guam and ministered to the Youth of a local church. This was where she met her dashing Air Force flyer husband, Kirby.

Erin and Kirby have served in missions in Asia Pacific, Germany and Nicaragua, where they have had the privilege to share Jesus as well as train those serving others in their country. Her passion is to teach, train and mentor women to love Jesus, His Word, and to know the Truth and speak it boldly and in love. She believes there is nothing more worthwhile than to see women set free from bondage and to have the ability to discern the truth from lies. Erin seeks to connect women of all ages to mentor and be mentored, walking together through life, while encouraging and building each other up. She continues to pursue the vision God has given her to see the women of Faith Bible Church be Women of Faith, Rooted in Christ, Connecting generations.

In her free time, Erin enjoys travel, eating great food, music, reading, writing and gardening, but most importantly, spending time with her 2 children their spouses and 6 Grands!
